Story
AMS was engaged by the lead construction company, Kane Constructions QLD, to deliver the metalwork package on the Todds Road Lawnton social housing project. This included powdercoated perforated aluminium screens and aluminium batten screens.
The project was designed to deliver a simple and cost efficient solution for this multi-level residential project with clear Department of Energy and Public Works Gold and Platinum social housing specifications.
This project was awarded the 2022 Urban Development Institute of Australia award for excellence in affordable housing.
